Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates

United States and Canada — $7.99 flat rate per order, no matter how many items. FREE shipping on orders over $100.

Spain, Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — 7,99 € flat rate per order. FREE shipping on orders over 100 €.

Rates are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped in 7-10 business days — about 8 to 13 business days in total from the day you order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons and carrier delays can extend them.

Customs, duties and taxes
The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. You won't be asked to pay any extra import duties or customs fees when your order is delivered.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email support@delvanne.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
